12” Lenci Felt Doll~Circa 1920-1930’s~Excellent Condition~Original Dress~2 Tags

This antique Lenci Child Doll is beautiful and is of excellent quality.
She wears her original dress and undergarments, complete with two tags.
Her hair style is beautiful and is in the original style with the two buns at each side of the head!
We are selling her exactly as found—we have not attempted to clean her in any way.
I cannot find any moth holes.
The head turns from side to side.
The legs turn at the thigh joint.
The arms move at the shoulders.
We have had a number of Lenci dolls, and this one is in the best condition of any we have had!  She has been loved, cherished, and protected for almost 100 years!
Description:
Antique 12.25” Italian LENCI Felt Child Doll with pressed felt head with beautifully painted facial features including painted side-glancing eyes and dot accents on the lower lips.
Her facial painting is very fine and beautiful and the condition of the head is as excellent as I have ever owned for a Lenci.
Her hair is beautiful mohair and styled in braided buns at each side of her head—I am certain this is the original hair style.
Her body is made entirely of felt.
Her arms move at the shoulder and she has stitched fingers with the third and fourth fingers joined.
Her legs are jointed and turn at the thigh joint.
She wears her beautiful pink original Lenci felt costume complete with two Lenci tags as seen in the photographs with an alternating pink/ivory checker design.
She wears an underskirt, undergarment, knit stockings, and felt shoes.
I cannot find any moth holes on the doll or the costume.
We are selling her exactly as photographed.
I think her costume has nice and vibrant color.
The color coordination of the outfit is stunning and is very typical for Lenci.
As far as condition and originality, this is the nicest Lenci that we have ever owned.
She appears to have been extremely well cared for over the years.
I do not know a lot about Lenci dolls, so I don’t know what series she is from.
You are buying her exactly as you see her photographed.
I tried to include photos so you could see the inside of the costume as well as the body.

She is complete with two Leni tags.
I have had a number of Lenci dolls, and this one is in the finest condition of any I have owned.
We have not cleaned her in any way.
