I would describe the condition as good. It runs, it’s drivable, everything works (furnace, hot water heater, all appliances, the generator, A/C, etc. etc. etc.) the inside condition is good. All the electrical works, and I adapted the onboard propane tank (for hot water, furnace stove, etc) to work off an external tank too. This way I wouldn’t have to drive it into town to fill the tank and we could leave it parked all summer/fall. I put brand new tires on it just a couple years ago, had the brakes re-done. I had got a few years ago to put on some hunting land in northern MN so I would drive up there in the spring and then drive back in the fall. The previous owners did something very similar so that is why it only has 40,000 miles on it. Everything is good on it, but it’s 32 years old.
