    Description

Here we have a Beautiful 1992 Toyota Micro Warrior made by Winnebago 21’ Motorhome RV. It has a Wonderful interior layout including the Booth Dinette, 4-burner stove and oven combo, microwave, double stainless sink, larger refrigerator, rear bathroom with separate shower, wardrobe closet in bathroom and lots of storage cabinets throughout. This Toyota is much more spacious than the previous model year Toyota Motorhomes. Has removable dinette table that can be stored which creates even more interior room. Although this Toyota has spent most of its life in Michigan, it was always stored and doesn’t appear that it was driven in the winter. I don’t believe the motorhome has ever seen any Michigan Salt. I have a Carfax Report available upon request. The cab is very clean with no signs of rust at all. It has just under 98,000 original miles!! The Engine starts right up and sounds excellent. It has just been tuned up with new Spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, oil filter and distributor cap / rotor. It drives wonderful on the highway, steering seems solid and holds to the road true and straight. Also no wheel wobble and brakes feel strong. Has rear suspension airbags(yes they work) which make for a more comfortable ride. I wouldn’t hesitate a bit to jump in this RV and drive cross country. They stopped making this model in 1994 so this is a late model version! Best fuel economy for its size too. Can park in a normal parking spot. The details of our little beauty are as follows... first the Toyota: -1992 Toyota Micro Warrior by Winnebago, V6, Automatic Transmission, Cruise Control on steering wheel -97,422 Original Miles on 3.0 V6 Engine

Below is a list of things (mostly cosmetic) that I want to disclose to the potential buyer: 1.Although I have not found any roof leaks currently, I always try to tell everyone that most every motorhome of this vintage has leaked at one point or more. This one appears to be one of the cleanest I have run across. There is no sag under the front overcab area and no separation of the side seal. Also, the front bunk is original and has never been rebuilt. I just resealed the roof myself with Dicor Lap Sealant. I would consider the roof to be in Fantastic condition. There are no soft spots on the floor and no water stains anywhere to indicate leakage. 2.The interior carpeting is original. You may see some areas of discoloration but the carpet is in great shape for being original. It is not bad at all. The cab has an easy to clean rubber floor. 3.The exterior stickers are old and faded which is very normal for Toyota motorhomes. There are many companies who can custom create new vinyl stickers and have these replaced. 4. There are a couple small scrapes on the exterior but cosmetic only 5. The Generator needs a Gasket seal kit for the intake. It won't stay running currently. Parts are on backorder and will provide to the buyer when they arrive. 6. The cab ac may need a charge as it currently does not get cold
Mechanically, the Toyota runs like a top! Cosmetically, we believe this RV is in really great condition and could be near perfect with some replacement exterior stripes/buffing. We are Non-Smokers and there are no funny smells whatsoever! I will have Photos uploaded after the weekend. Here is a link to a youtube video: https://youtu.be/LaAMVs5sCDY
I have this Toyota listed on several other sites and reserve the right to end this auction at any time for a local sale.
We are located in Rockford, MI 49341.  Fly into Grand Rapids, MI Airport if you're coming from out of the area, and we'll pick you up there.
Mechanically, the Itasca runs like a top! Cosmetically, we believe this RV is in really great condition and could be near perfect with some replacement exterior stripes. Have a look at our photos and see for yourself! We are Non-Smokers and there are no funny smells whatsoever!
Pricing...We believe this RV is the nicest Toyota listed for sale on Ebay currently. If you look at the sold listings, you will see the Itasca Spirits and the Winnebago Warriors have the highest resale value. It is amazing how well these Machines hold their value. With the low miles on our RV, we have priced ours in line with the other sold units but we welcome offers by using the “Best Offer” tab. Everything works on ours too other than the cab ac, and she's ready to just get in and go! Very clean inside and out.

You can Wire Transfer the Balance AFTER viewing the motorhome when you arrive, but please understand, Wire Transfers take 24, sometimes 48 hours to clear. So be prepared to spend the night in a hotel, waiting for funds to clear, if you choose this option. We're fine with either option.
