This antique Lenci Child Doll is all original, is of excellent quality, and is in overall excellent condition with 2 original Lenci tags.
She wears her original layered felt costume with lace bonnet, original undergarments, and complete with two tags.
We have listed another Lenci Mascotte.
Both dolls are in the finest condition we have ever seen—both in excellent condition, all original, beautiful, with two Lenci tags.
We are selling her exactly as photographed.
I cannot find any moth holes.
Description:
Antique 9” Italian LENCI Felt Child Doll with pressed felt head with beautifully painted facial features including painted side-glancing eyes and accented lower lip.
Her facial painting is very fine and beautiful and the condition of the head is as excellent.
Her original hairstyle appears to be constructed of felt with what appear like coils or buns at the sides of her head around her ears.
Her head and arms are made of felt; the torso of the body is muslin, and her jointed legs are muslin.
Her arms move at the shoulder and she has stitched fingers with the original blush applied at the fingers.
She wears her original Lenci felt costume, consisting of layers!
She wears an organdy blouse with puffy sleeves under her dress outfit.
Her dress is beautiful unique and elaborate construction of the bodice.
The dress is made from felt with cheerful vibrant colors.
She wears an apron with three felt flowers with yellow stitching and three flowers embroidered with blue and green yarn.
She wears a lace bonnet and large earrings.
Under her costume, she wears an underskirt and pantaloons—both with beautiful red felt trim around the lower edges.
She wears her original felt shoes.
I cannot find any moth holes on the doll or the costume.
She is in overall excellent condition, with two original tags.
The colors are vibrant!
I think she is as mint as you can find!
She has been loved and cherished for decades!
