Framed Kellogg's Red Riding Hood Doll Pattern Dated 1928 ~ Fantastic Unsewn Condition
A beautiful
Kellogg's advertising doll pattern of Red Riding Hood mounted in a vintage wood frame.  This is one of four in the Kellogg's Fairy Land Series of Nursery Rhyme Dolls.
The others are Mary and Her Little Lamb, Little Bo Peep, and Tom, the Piper's Son. They were offered as premiums available as cut-and-sew-it-yourself cloth patterns. Not just dolls, they are exquisite and classic examples of early 20th century art.
Rarely seen online and quite scarce.  Personally, I think the Red Riding Hood its the prettiest of the doll patterns.
Pattern is clean and in fine condition.
Frame is a vintage wood type and is also in excellent nice condition.  Ready to hang with a sturdy wire.
Has been in my collection for over 25 years. From a
smoke-free home.
