Manufacturer Background:
ATN (American Technologies Network) is an established leader in the world of night vision and tactical optical designs. Their products are designed with diligence and technological advancements, with a focus upon value and functionality
Optics Technology
The FIITS Fusion Imaging Binocular from ATN combines an advanced image intensification system with a thermal viewer; both systems can be used simultaneously, or the binocular can be split into two monoculars. Viewing through the FIITS as a binocular creates a "fused" image that includes the benefits and capabilities of both imaging technologies.
That allows use separately or dichoptically fused.
The FIITS is lightweight & easily transported - it can be operated hand-held, or head mounted for hands-free use.
Fusion Imaging
Imaging from TI and IIT systems can be viewed independently or dichoptically fused

We pride ourselves on being members of the Collectible Grading Authority (CGA) and the Action Figure Authority (AFA).We firmly believe that the CGA establishes a firm level of integrity in the quality of Figures in our industry and protects the buyer and seller. Without them, we believe that the amount of fake figures & figure quality misrepresentations would devalue our industry completely.

Tier1Toys Policies & Help
Photos
•Above photos are of the actual item for sale. We sell a large quantity of some items. We reserve the right to ship items of identical quality or better for Auctions/Purchases executed after each other at our sole discretion.
•If you would like to see more pictures of YOUR exact item prior to shipping just ask us!
Buyers PLEASE READ
•If you have less than 5 reviews, please email me BEFORE you purchase.
•If you have 2 or more negative reviews in the past 90 days, please email me BEFORE you purchase.
•Please Please review the policies. I developed them to make your purchase smooth & least complex.
•If you have questions, concerns, or need help in any way, please drop us a note!
•We are old school. We do not subscribe to this”behind the keyboard” hostility. We are nice people, just trying toh make an honest living here. Our staff is largely Disabled folks, single moms, and Veterans. We ask that you treat us like you would like to be treated.
Feedback
•We will leave you good feedback. We promise that we will leave good feedback for you within 30 days. You can verify this by looking at the feedback I have left for my other customers
•Feedback Reminders: We have a service that will send you a reminder about leaving us ridiculously good feedback. That service will email you on our behalf:
oInternational Sales: 30 days after purchase, then again at 60 days.
oDomestic Sales:14 days after purchase. Then again at 30 days.
•Negative Feedback BEFORE you post negative feedback, email me! Most say I’m the nicest guy!
• Ask questions before you buy, I’m reasonable, but but gullible. This is a small community, but we all talk, buy, and sell from each other.
Packing
•We pride ourselves on our packing. Our packing design typically includes the following:
•1) Bottom layer of cushioning peanuts
•2) Each Gunship wrapped in moisture-resistant butcher paper
•3) Large, sturdy box
•4) 2 flattened boxes lining the inside creating an inner shell resulting in 3 layers of cardboard
•5) Cushioning heavy-weight newsprint within shell
•6) Topped with a heavy-weight flattened box for added sturdiness to mitigate crushing
Offers
•Best Offer
means something reasonable. Offering me half the value of an item is not a good start. I price my items competitively using Terapeak, Ebay searches, and other outside tools. I sell a LOT of items, so please don’t debate value with me.
•On Sale
means the product is already marked down. Despite what some might believe, our margins are very thin. If you feel you have to beat us down some more to make it feel better, you certainly can try. I will tell you now, it will most likely be no.
•Cutting Deals
I cut deals on some items, some I don’t negotiate. If there is no “Best Offer” option on it, it’s very unlikely I will deal on it. Bulk discounts are available and posted on every AD. My regular customers get discounts on every deal, some very significant. If I get a great deal on a purchase, I will pass that on to my regular customers. If we have never done business before, lofty claims about future purchases are very commonplace. Your purchases are a matter of record, so be honest! I’d like to have your next five purchases, not just this one!
