Recommended Uses
Our Shock Mats are made to be an all-purpose mat. These gym mats are most popular as mats for cross fit, as gym mat flooring, weight room mats, flooring under gym equipment, as animal mats, as 2nd-floor gym flooring, as mats for Olympic lifting, and much more.
This rubber gym flooring will provide any space with incredible sound and shock absorption. These interlocking gym mats are a massive 3/4 inch thick with a waffle pattern backing that absorbs vibration and impact sounds. Sweat, weights, and mold are no match for these gym mats, so you can focus on your workout. These rubber mats go through a process called vulcanization, which melts and compresses rubber buffings to give you nonabsorbent, non-slip gym mats that are 3x stronger than standard 3/4 inch mats. Our mats are thicker than standard Olympic lifting rubber mats, so they have beveled edges on all four sides to reduce any tripping hazard. Backed by a 5-year warranty, these fitness mats will offer superb shock protection to commercial and residential gyms.

Maintenance:
3/4" Shock Mats are easy to clean and maintain. Maintenance for these vulcanized rubber flooring mats typically includes:
-Vacuuming any loose crumbs, dust, or debris from the rubber mat surface when necessary.
-Occasional damp mopping of the exercise mats with a mild soap and water solution. A few recommended soaps are Dawn dish detergent or Tide laundry detergent.
Note:
Do not use any solvent or oil style cleaners such as Pinesol, Lysol, Murphy's Oil Soap, WD40, paint thinner, etc. since these types of cleaners will break down the flooring over time.
