This is for  PVS-14 and 6015 model Night Vision Monoculars. If you are not buying for these models please note these J-Arms are not meant for anything than what they are built for. Not all adapters are created equal so please verify your device before purchase.

Spring Loaded Adjustment - Loosen knob, pull arm toward knob the spring allows the adjustment, swing and lock in the desired position , tighten knob to fix position and lock.
Install on your NOD. Then turn unit on. This j-arm supports auto shut off. Just pull the jarm out of the head stahl or mount. The NOD will turn off. NOTE this is not a swing up to shut down device. This is a pull out to shut off.
