    Description

Interesting story, these two cards were found under the floor board of an Aeronca L-3 liaison aircraft that was being restored  in the early 1970's.  The L-3 was stationed at Tucumcari, New Mexico for 1942-1944.    These are two business cards from a bar on 105 East Main in Tucumcari called Manion Bar and owned by C.H. Manion.  On the back are two neat cartoons, one Uncle Sam's Peace Terms and other the changing U.S. Army with a WAC using the men's rest room on a base.
