    NRS HydroSkin .5mm Pants Women’s Neoprene Charcoal S.
    An insulating layer for cool-weather paddling, surfing or swimming. Great for those days when a full wet suit is too warm but you need some extra protection from wind, spray and cold water. Hydroskin garments are meant to fit snugly next to the skin, similar to a wet suit. This allows for efficient performance and layering. Stretch fabrics allow for unrestricted movement.
