Any signs of use or wear are likely the result of handling and not of actual use based on mount hole condition and seals. Includes assembly, battery cap, connectors and settings knob (Reset, off, on, IR, PULL). Pictures are representative of the condition. This item is ITAR controlled and cannot be shipped or carried outside the United States without express written permission from the United States Department of State. NOT FOR EXPORT.
