The Pulsar Quantum HD38A Thermal Imaging Monocular can detect heat signatures beyond what night vision can see, successfully penetrating through fog and smoke in day and nighttime operations. Featuring a thermal core resolution of 384x288 to capture maximum thermal energy efficiently, its impressive 30 hertz frame rate and LCD 640x480 display resolution offers a crisp, consistent image of fast-moving objects. Long-distance viewing is made possible by a 2x digital zoom, which increases the 2x magnification to 4x. The Pulsar Quantum HD38A is the ideal choice for a wide variety of applications including: search and rescue missions, reconnaissance, hunting, and covert law enforcement/military operations.
