We provide shipping to the lower 48 Contiguous states, we do not ship to APO's.
If you need a wheel shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact us. All shipments to these regions are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If we have agreed to ship outside of these restrictions, the customer is responsible for all taxes, fees, etc.
We welcome local pick up at our Anaheim shop (M-F 8am-5pm PST), please message us for details.
We ship every business day via USPS, UPS or Fedex (At sellers discretion), orders are shipped within 1 business day of purchase.
Please provide a valid contact number for shipping purposes.
We pack your new wheel using the best safety standards for travel, if you suspect the shipping carrier is responsible for damages, please contact us ASAP so we may resolve the problem.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery, depending on your location, most areas in the U.S. are within 5 days.
Due to high volumes, signature is not required on our shipments.
It is very important to make sure you have a responsible party at your residence to receive the package on the expected ETA.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, as long as the item has not been installed on a vehicle and in the same condition when purchased.
If we have shipped a wheel that is different then what is stated in the listing and pictures, we will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
The easiest process for returns:
1. Contact us via eBay with any concerns or issues with the wheel you received.
2. Begin a Return Request on your eBay account. You will be given an RGA number once the return is accepted.
3. You will be sent a return label via eBay
4. Ship the wheel and original invoice back to us in the original condition and packaging by dropping off at a local UPS or Fedex Facility.
5. The correct amount of refund will be processed once we receive the wheel back in the expected condition.
6. We ask to help resolve any individual issues before you leave a negative review.
What is NOT Refundable
Any wheels that have been installed on a tire and/or vehicle. So please be sure the wheel is the correct one you ordered before installing.
Wheels that have been altered from the original state when purchased. Painted, chromed, etc.

What If I want a real photo of the wheel?
If you want a real picture or more details on the finish, any damage, etc No problem! Send us your cell number via message and we can text you pictures.
Are your wheels bent?
We do not sell bent wheels, all the OEM wheels are structurally straight and in good working condition.
What is your return policy and how do I start a return?
We offer 30 days full refund. A return process starts in your purchase history on eBay. Simply select the reason for the return. Simply pack the wheel the same way you received it, same box and packaging. If you don’t have the original packaging please do the best you can to pad the wheel against the walls of the box.
What is an OEM wheel?
An OEM, or Original Equipment Manufactured, is the factory that was manufactured for that particular car brand. Mercedes wheels are manufactured and tested by Mercedes, Honda wheels are made by Honda, etc.
What is a Replica wheel?
A replica wheel is an aftermarket wheel that was modeled after an original wheel so it fits and looks exactly like the stock factory one, but it wouldn’t have been manufactured by the car model. For example, a BMW replica wheel will look and fit identical to the original one, but it was not made by BMW.
What if you don’t have my wheel in stock?
We will gladly locate a replacement wheel for you using the best resources available, which includes vendors from all over the country!
Do you only sell used wheels?
We carry Used OEM wheels as well as offering new replica options, we will be very clear when you make your purchase if the wheel is new or used.
What if I need a center cap with my wheel?
Center caps are always sold separately from wheels (unless stated in listing), but we carry plenty of originals and new replicas so we can always quote you on both the wheel and cap together, just ask via eBay message.
How do I find out the size of my wheel?
The size of your wheel will be stamped or cast on the side wall of the tire. The number to the right of the R is the size of the wheel. Ex. ‘235/55/R16’
How do I know if I’m ordering the right wheel?
The absolute best way to make sure it is find the manufacturer part number on the back of your existing wheel and match to the number on our listing.
