Vintage 1960's MERCK SHARP & DOHME Medical Stereo-Viewer + 4 Stereogram Slides

A vintage original 1950's or '60's "MERCK SHARP & DOHME" Medical Stereo-Viewer with 4 Slides.
Imprinted on the top of the white-plastic viewer is "
MSD ~ MERCK SHARP & DOHME" in Gold.
There are Four double-sided Slides included with this viewer, numbered #9-#16, most of which are fluorescence stereograms of hypertension. The slides & viewer are made by STORI-VIEWS, ST. LOUIS, MO.
Condition is Very Good - :
The white-plastic viewer is in very good shape, without any significant damage. The lenses are unscratched but could use further cleaning - I cleaned this lightly but it shows signs of smoke damage & could use further cleaning, especially to the lenses & a couple of the slides. The topmost slide shows heavy signs of smoke damage, with some soiling to the underlying slides as well...appears to have been in a house-fire but there is no heat damage, only some residual smoke.
