    Description

Vintage 1967 Winnebago Motorhome D22 39k miles. Almost all original runs great have original purchase receipt from 1967 and almost all the manuals brochures from the original sale. All original appliances intact and excellent condition original driver and passenger seat – in very good condition. Roof is solid it has never leaked in the last year that I’ve had it and there’s been plenty of rain the rig stayed completely dry. The ceiling in the main cabin and been reinforced with steel beams and new (not original) shiny white paneling was installed with exposed screws. I would remove and replace with paneling more similar to original blonde style. I had new gold low pile textured carpet installed the edges still need finishing strip at steps and glued trimmed at engine cover. There are several small cosmetic repairs needed to restore interior to original quality. She is very good for the year. I have a video of her running when we drove to car wash the other day I can send upon request with additional pictures. The passenger side exhaust manifold will need replacing soon, the part needed is included in the auction. There is original roof a/c in the cabin but no a/c in the dash. There is a fan that mounts in the lighter socket and an 8-track player and radio which may all be original to this rig. Many original appliances included have not been completely tested but I was told by original owners that everything worked. Pressurized water tank, propane water heater, 2 propane tanks (appear to be updated), power inverter with 30 amp plug, propane wall furnace, 2 built-in electric heaters refrigerator freezer, range oven, roof mounted air conditioner. Original vent fan in bathroom, toilet, shower, sink with plug, medicine cabinet, plastic shower curtain & wall covering are in good condition it appears that bathroom was rarely used. The grey water holding tank outside valve drips, I bought a replacement but you will need to install. All windows locks and screens work great. Cabin door is from a later model, not original to 1967 window is rounded on edges and obscured glass rather than square with clear glass. windshield wipers work. Lights work except we just noticed headlights are not coming on, may just be a wire as they were working before. I'm happy to answer any questions and good luck bidding on this amazing piece of RV History. Up to date registration and clear title in hand, she is also smog exempt.
