Nice group of vintage 1940's/1950's/1960's/1070's/1980's fireman firemen fire fighting firefighting collectibles. One local Delaware County, Pennsylvania 60's/70's solid wood wooden wall plaque that measures 12 1/2" tall. The shield shaped thin copper, brass or bronze metal inscription area reads "Capt. Aloysius A. Quinn, In Recognition Of 31 Years Of Faithful Service To The Citizens Of The City Of Chester" with an ornate border. This could also be a police department item. The plaque needs a cleaning and polishing. One 3 3/4" diameter 80's glass ashtray ash tray "68th Annual Convention, Delaware Volunteer Firemen's Association, Aetna Hose, Hook & Ladder Co., Newark, Delaware, September 15, 16 & 17, 1988, 51st Annual Ladies' Auxiliary Convention" in excellent condition. Three newer mint cloth embroidered patches "Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, Fire Dept., Federal Firefighters". One 10 3/8" diameter 1980s plate "Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, 125th Anniversary, 1863 - 1988" in very good condition with a spring loaded wall hanger attached. One 52 page 1960s glossy stock booklet "Fame Fire Company No. 3, West Chester, Pennsylvania, One Hundred Twenty-Fifth Anniversary, 1838 - 1963, February 22nd, Fame's First Engine 1838" in very good complete condition and loaded with info and photos. One 24 page 1940's newspaper stock "Marking Seventy-Five Years Of Philadelphia Fire-Fighting, Picture Parade Section Of The Philadelphia Inquirer April 7, 1946" in very good complete condition and loaded with photos and info.
