Vintage 1960's/1970's/1980's rare and hard to find heavy cast aluminum or iron metal firefighting firefighter fire company plaque wall plate sign - "Lansdowne Fire Co., 1894". The oval plaque emblem measures 10 3/4" by 9" by 1/2" to 3/4" thick. It is mounted on and removable from from a wood wooden backing. The sign has two factory mounting holes at top and bottom as pictured. The thick well-made cast sign has white numbers and letters and a black and red vintage firetruck fire truck that sticks out further than the raised letters and numbers. This sign comes from the town of Lansdowne, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The sign shows use and storage wear to the paint as pictured.
