Vintage Aero Ambulance Cast Aluminum Sign/Plaque/Decoration Air Ambulance

Estate sale find. Probably 70-80's could be early. I was told it came off the actual plane, but you be the judge. Could be something after market for all I know. It came from same Estate as all the Badges that I'm selling and according to person above it was oldest in the collection, civilian Aircraft- 60's. It is 20" long and 2 1/2" high and 1/2" wide.
