Vintage Cast Iron Fireman Hat & Axe Humane Fire Co., Pottsville, PA 1776-1976

Description

This Vintage Cast Iron Fireman Helmet & Axe would make great paperweights or even a small door stop!  The helmet is trimmed in gold and painted with "Humane Fire Co., Pottsville, PA 1776-1976 and the number 1.  There are designs within the red paint on the rim and the initials G.W.H. on the inside.  It weighs 2 pounds, 8 ounces and measures approximately 6" long, 4" wide, and 3 1/4" tall.  The axe has "Pottsville Fire Dept" on one side and "1776-1976" on the other.  It weights 4.4 ounces and measures approximately 5 1/2" long and 2 3/4" at the head.  Both are in great condition and would make an excellent addition to any collection!  Will be sent using USPS Priority Mail.
