Measures:  21" x 17" x 3/4" - Solid Wood Plaque made for: 1981 N.Y. Firefighters Burn Center Foundation.

There is a ‘gummy/sticky’ area below the print on the front of the plaque. (I believe there may have been a metal inscription plate that is no longer there).
